How I work
You talk to me, not a team
You call the number on this page and I answer it. No handoff to a junior agent after the first meeting. No coordinator you’ve never met showing you homes.
I’m Frank Coxx, a North Carolina broker with HomeSmart. When you hire me, you get me, start to finish.
Who handles what
Every step of the purchase. The answer doesn’t change.
Step 1
The first call
You call or text the number on this page. I pick up, or I call you back myself.
Step 2
Showings
I show you the homes. Not a showing assistant, not whoever happens to be free that afternoon.
Step 3
The offer
I write it and I negotiate it. The person who heard what you need is the one asking for it.
Step 4
Inspection and appraisal
I go through the results with you and handle the repair negotiation. You’re not passed to a coordinator once you’re under contract.
Step 5
Closing
I keep the lender, inspector and closing attorney moving, and I’m the one you call when something changes.
Why it matters
Teams aren’t bad. Plenty of them do good work. But on a team, the person who wins your business is often not the person who does the work.
Things get lost in the handoff. What you said on the first call. The street you ruled out. The reason a payment number matters to you. You end up explaining yourself again to someone new.
With me there’s nobody to hand off to. The person who listened is the person who negotiates. That matters most on VA purchases and new builds, where a small detail in the contract can cost you real money.
